A high profile independent recruitment group in London now seek a Recruitment Consultant to join their existing team and focus on placing HR professionals into Financial Services organisations on a permanent basis.

Joining the Financial Services Team you will be taking over an existing client and candidate database placing all level of HR professionals on a permanent basis into banking/insurance and other financial services organisations.

While having experience of the HR market would be advantageous this role is open to Recruiters with a proven track record of developing a Perm Desk within a professional sector.

If successful you can expect to achieve: 

  • Salary £30,000 - £38,000 (depending on level of experience and results)
  • Commission starting at 25%
  • Annual and quarterly bonuses topping up commission to 35%
