Are you a Team Leader in banking recruitment with ambition to lead your own division? One of the most admired brands in Finance and Financial Services recruitment now seek a Manager to lead and develop their existing Banking Team based in London

Reporting to a Board Director you will take complete ownership of the growing Banking Division, starting with a team of 5 as a Billing Manager and moving into a non-billing role as soon as possible. Focused on the supply of contractors across all areas of Finance into Banking and you will have the autonomy to design and implement the growth strategy for the team, making all the key decisions around market segmentation, methodology, business development and key client management.

As initially you will also be running a desk you will have the option to chose which are of the market to chose from, whether you wish to manage this desk as a dual desk or would prefer to just focus on contract - either option is available to you. What is required is a good understanding of banking recruitment, a real commitment to delivering best in class service and genuine ambition to be the best at what you do.

In return you can expect:

  • Salary £45,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)
  • Commission on ALL personal Fees (10% to 40%)
  • Zero threshold
  • Team Commission

  • Guaranteed commission for first six months
  • OTE based on peers at same level £120K
