Ongoing expansion please has created several needs at Managing Consultant / Associate Director level, allowing senior level Recruiters to join and own an area of the business and lead its future development.  If you are a senior level Recruiter (you might be Senior, Principal or Managing Consultant currently), with an excellent track record for senior level perm appointments in finance this could be a genuinely unique opportunity to explore.

Once you join you will be supported to launch and lead your own team, gaining terrific support and development from the Directors while gaining access to cutting edge tools, enjoying a fantastic office space and exploiting a large and clean candidate database.

You will be offered serious investment in your business and team headcount as well as a rewards package that will see you earn up to 50% of your billings as well as a route to equity-based Directorship.
