Do you want the opportunity to sell across the leading publication in its market?

Recruiter requires a senior display sales executive to sell display advertising, content solutions and sponsorship across its multiplatform portfolio which includes the UK’s largest recruitment industry event – the Recruiter Awards.

The role

You will account manage existing long term relationships as well as developing new business with direct clients and advertising agencies. Ultimately you will be responsible for your own part of the business, looking after display and sponsorship across print, digital, special supplements and events.

The role will involve:

  1. Selling print, digital and creative/content solutions to meet sales targets
  2. Conducting face to face meetings and pitches
  3. Maintaining existing client relationships whilst seeking out new business opportunities
  4. Developing new revenue streams to expand the Recruiter portfolio
  5. Attending industry events where required


In order to be successful in this role:

  • You will have significant experience of selling multiplatform advertising and sponsorship solutions to suppliers in the recruitment market
  • You will be confident and have an articulate and intelligent sales technique
  • You will be able to sell to a wide range of clients up to director level
  • You must be able to work autonomously but also enjoy a team environment
  • You must have a strong work ethic, organisational skills and determination to succeed
