Since 1961 our growth has been spectacular. From our roots in the West Midlands the company has developed into a national organisation with branches from Edinburgh to the Isle of Wight. This year our turnover is anticipated to be in excess of £240 million and we employ nearly 1000 permanent staff and payroll in excess of 20,000 flexible workers per week.
As an organisation we always encourage new ideas and methods as we believe this is a vital element in our success. History has shown that it is our readiness to adopt and implement new ideas that has led us to the top of our industry. Our latest development has been to evolve the Pertemps identity into Jobs@Pertemps has evolved from Pertemps Recruitment Partnership to deliver its highly focused service to jobseekers and businesses throughout the UK.
Throughout this time Pertemps has been at the forefront of the recruitment industry. We are active members of REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederations), the CBI (Confederation of British Industry), the BIFM (British Institute of Facilities Management), and the FTA (Freight Transport Association). The company has also been presented with numerous awards including, Investors in People, ISO 9002, Daily Telegraph and BT Customer Service Award, and the Coventry Evening Telegraph Business and Business Man of the Year awards for Pertemps and Tim Watts respectively.
