Pertemps Managed Solutions has won a continuation of its contract to deliver recruitment process outsourcing and managed service provider services across all of Thames Water’s locations.

The new three-year-plus contract resulted from a retendering process. In addition to retaining the existing contracts, Pertemps has also acquired a new service provision for pre-employment screening, presenting an opportunity for increased alignment and improved candidate experience, Pertemps said. Under the new contract, Pertemps will now continue to drive improvements across both the candidate and hiring manager experience with a focus on capability, technology and employer branding, the company said.

New initiatives under the agreement will include a new careers website, implementation of an end-to-end applicant track and onboarding platform and improvements to Thames Water’s marketing and branding strategy.

Thames Water serves 15m customers daily across London and the Thames Valley.
