The owners of global recruiter CSG (l-r: Wayne Underwood and Ben Riley) have told Recruiter they have no concerns over their decision to give all their employees shares in the company.

This is despite legal wrangling between the UK and the European Commission that leaves the future of the scheme under which the shares were granted uncertain. Contracts to gift all CSG’s 200 employees shares under the Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) scheme were formally signed earlier this month following an announcement at the firm’s AGM in February....
