Sally Cleary, operations manager of Cooper Lomaz told Recruiter, the company has identified specific opportunitites in the area.

“I have spoken to the major players in East Anglia, the message was the market is buoyant and there are more vacancies and opportunities than candidates in the oil and gas sector.”

Cooper Lomez is working with trade bodies the East of England Energy Council and the Skills for Energy Partnership to identify ways of attracting candidates to the region and retraining workers from other sectors.
