If you're a HR Perms Recruiter and feel blocked from stepping up to Manager level this is the role for you! An award-winning recruitment firm with an awesome reputation in HR recruitment now seek a Team Leader to take over and develop their Perm Team in London.

This is a large but independent HR recruitment brand in London with a highly consultative approach to their client partnerships and as a result they have not only a thriving business but an incredibly strong reputation which has resulted in continued repeat business with highly attractive employer brands.

Their business today is thriving and as a result they seek a Perms Team Leader within their C&I division. Working with a range of clients that have been developed on a long-term basis, you will be taking over a perm desk that currently produces c£200K per year while also leading and developing a team of 2 or 3 Consultants. Your aim will be to develop this into a much larger team and gain promotion to Director.

This is a fun loving team that enjoy a large degree of autonomy and are allowed to work with their own personal style. No KPI bashing, no micro-management or restrictive red-tape - Recruitment Consultants that have previously suffered with these issues will find this team a welcome relief! If you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and at least have some experience of developing Junior Consultants please get in touch as you could be achieving:

  • Salary £35,000 - £60,000 (role can be offered as Managing Consultant, Manager or Associate Director)
