This role will see you join an innovative and independent firm that have dominated several areas of professinal recruitment for many years. No PLC or major corporate politics here, but instead, an independent brand that has nonetheless grown considerably over the last few years and now boast a large tribe of seriously big-billing Consultants who have all built their businesses based on a quality approach. Due to their ongoing expansion, they are now seeking another high-performing Recruiter to join their professinal yet fun-loving team.
This is a genuinely unique opportunity where you can act as the Lead Perms Consultant (at Senior, Principal or Associate Director level) responsible for all perm roles. This role would see you join a team of 2 focusing on change & business transformation roles at all levels into a broad spectrum of C&I clients. This is your opportunity to leave behind over bearing management, red-tape and restrictions usually associated with corporate environments. Instead you will enjoy a hands off management approach where KPI bashing is replaced by leadership that works hard on behalf of their Consultants.
Due to the increasingly busy job flow from this firm's existing client base, you won't initially be required to focus on new business development, however if you have a desire to lead and develop your own perm team, then ability to network and build the business further will be required. Due to the nature of this market, exceptional candidate networking skills are required. Does this sound like you?
If you can demonstrate a minimum of 18 months experience and previous knowledge of transformation and change into C&I, then you can expect to achieve:
- £30,000 - £55,000 base salary
- Comm 20% - 50%
- Car allowance
