Senior Consultant - Finance into Media
Feeling stuck behind your Manager and wish you could lead your own team? This option will allow you to manage a wide desk supplying finance professionals into a wide portfolio of existing and loyal media clients, with backing to develop the desk into a larger team of 3 to 4 Consultants.
Joining this long established and highly successful independent brand you will be leverage long and loyal relationships with responsibility for all accountancy & finance related roles - while on day one this will simply be a stand alone desk the larger ambition is to develop this into a stand alone division so you should be someone that wants to build and lead a team.
Because this company has an exceptional reputation you won't need to focus on new business development but you will be persistent and driven to build the profile of the accountancy & finance offering. Your team, your ideas and your plan brought to life!
As the leader of this new division you will have autonomy to recruit your own team (including your own Resourcer from day 1) and decide the strategy for the team (including how desks should be focused). Over time, on the back of our successes, you will be offered a Directorship with equity

If you can demonstrate existing experience of placing finance professionals into media related markets and feel ready and capable for you your next challenge, you can expect to achieve:
- Salary to £40,000
- Commission to 30%
- Team Commission
