Recruitment Team Manager - HR

Joining a peer set of other Partners each leading other key HR recruitment divisions, you will be ring-fencing all public sector clients (Local Government, Central Government, NHS, Education, Charities and NFP) placing HR leaders and converting them into loyal clients that the rest of your team can supply to.
Gaining an initial client base, instant small team and the backing of the board, you will be a natural client relationship nurturer as well as a strong leader of people. While you will be billing in year 1 and 2 you will probably progress into a pure management team over time to allow the team to grow to it's full potential.

To take advantage of this career opportunity you should be able to demonstrate:
- Proven track record in HR recruitment
- Proven track record of recruitment within the Public Sector (one or more sub-sectors)
- Ability to coach and lead a team of Recruiters
- Be consultative and professional in your approach
The remuneration package available is industry topping:
- Salary to £70,000
- Commission to 40%
- Annual bonuses
- Team commission
- Regular rewards & incentives
- Profit share
