Divisional Manager - IT Recruitment
Are you a proven Manager in IT recruitment that seeks a broader and less restricted opportunity for expansion? An award winning independent agency with a global offering now seek a Divisional Manager to lead their European team.
Based in London you will take over an existing team of 4 with budget and full remit to grow the team to 20+ over the next 12-18 months including the launch of a European office base.
This is a high-growth company with offices in the UK & US and an amazing success story that you can now be part of. In the short term you will take the opportunity to further segment the European market (already very strong in DACH region and Scandinavia) by further leveraging their existing desks as well as creating new ones. In the medium to long-term you will develop your own team of leaders - each managing their own specific discipline or region.

For an immediate exploratory conversation with this firm you should be able to demonstrate:
- Track record of managing IT Recruiters (4 - 10)
- Working knowledge of IT recruitment in Europe
- Understanding of both Perm and Contract recruitment
- Personal track record of producing £200K min per year
If successful you can expect to achieve:
- Salary to £65,000
