A boutique, independently owned recruitment brand based in Milton Keynes currently seek an experienced Recruiter with a technical or construction background to join their team and take ownership over a specialist desk and build out a team around them. 

Established for over 20 years, this established brand have a reputation for quality recruitment across a number of specialist technical sectors. The Milton Keynes office is home to a seriously successful team and has an impressive portfolio of construction clients with demands so high, the team simply cannot keep up. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Recruiter looking for their chance to step up and secure a much clearer pathway into Management within an established and cash rich business. 

Experts across both blue & white collar construction, Consultants joining this team will have the freedom to decide their specialism on White Collar perms into civil engineering, residential, infrastructure or building services. With instant access to a huge client base including some of the biggest and well known brands in the UK, you will be able to make instant placements and earn instant commission. Based on impressive YOY growth, you will also be involved in putting together a growth plan with your Manager to agree reasonable time scales for you to build a team around you. 

If you find yourself frustrated with a lack of progression, over crowded Management structures and a heavy KPI focus, this is a business that will provide you with a clear and achievable progression plan within an autonomous and grown up environment - no KPIs for the sake of KPIs or management breathing down your neck. 

Recruiters with a minimum 9 months experience within a Technical sector such as engineering, manufacturing, construction or similar sectors cane expect to achieve: 

  • Basic salary to £30k 
  • Commission paying up to 25% (zero threshold) 
  • Company car 
  • 25 days holiday 8 days bank holiday 
  • Access to modern and well maintained candidate database and network
  • LinkedIn Recruiter Premium license
  • Access to all industry specific job boards/forums
