Day to day, you will be responsible for sourcing for positions such as Technical Managers, Technologists, Engineering Supervisors, Production Engineers, New Product Development and Quality Control Managers to name just a few. Working on all perm positions, you will be working with existing clients with terms agreed meaning your focus will be on finding the best candidates. Recruiters with a minimum of 12 months experience can expect to achieve:

* Basic salary from £20,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
* Commission 10% - 25% on a zero threshold basis
