About the role
As a firm that holds an enviable position within the technical, technology & engineering recruitment market, you will be placing design, development, quality and testing engineers into technology, scientific, manufacturing and production industries across Essex and Suffolk, trading from a strong brand position and taking advantage of some brilliant recruitment tools.

With access to a huge candidate network established over 15 years you will probably find it easier to make placements here than most other firms, the investment is significant and ongoing and is part of wider commitment to create a positive working environment where you are valued as a team member.

The Rewards
If this role sounds good you can expect to achieve the following remuneration package (some flexibility according to level of experience):

  • Salary £20,000 - £32,000 depending on experience
  • Zero threshold on your billings
  • Commission starting at 10%, rising to 25% on ALL billings
  • £2k per quarter bonuses
  • 25 days holiday 8 days Bank Holidays
  • Regular social incentives including weekends away, team trips to Europe and Michelin meals out
