On joining, you will be taking over an established client portfolio across the London and Home Counties region - these client accounts will comfortably produce c£100k per year, so you can expect to be making commission from the outset.
Your role moving forward will be to help grow and develop the business - you will have the freedom to decide the direction of this but with the support of a dedicated business development Manager, your time will be focused mainly on developing the candidate network. Trading from a strong brand with a reputation for quality and bespoke service, you won't have any trouble when it comes to candidate referrals nor will you struggle with developing client relations - meaning your £100k desk will very quickly become much busier and more lucrative.
As a Senior Recruiter joining the business, you will work closely with the founding Director as they offer their support and expertise to help you transition into their business - if you are moving from another professional sector, this time will be invaluable as you learn from an undisputed industry expert with an impressive background. With unlimited access to their personal network and their knowledge base, you will quickly find yourself making an impact on the business and this is rewarded generously with clear progression into a Team Management position and again into a Directorship position.

On offer for Recruiters with a minimum of 1 year recruitment experience is:
- Basic salary £24,000 - £30,000
- Commission scheme paying 10% - 30%
- Bonuses totaling £15k per year in addition to commission
