Taking instant management responsibility for a team of two, you will be in charge for the day to day running of the team and managing your own desk.  You will be expected to take a "lead from the front" approach to your team as you offer ongoing training and support to your juniors, setting the example and sharing your expertise to help them develop their desks and career.

  • to £40k basic depending on experience
