As a result of an internal promotion, this successful firm now have an opportunity available for an experienced Recruiter to inherit a successful Finance desk. This specialist desk currently bills c£180k per year across both temp and perm placements, taking over this busy desk will see you placing Transaction Finance professionals such as Credit Controllers, Purchase Ledgers, Accounts Payable Clerks, Payroll Clerks, Accounts Administrator and Accounts Assistants across the local Essex area.
You will be joining a close knit team of 5 high achieving Finance Recruitment experts who all take pride in truly partnering with their clients, so in order to fit in with this great team you must be a true professional and work to a high standard. Recruiters with a minimum of 12 months experience can expect to achieve:
- Basic salary to £30,000 DOE
- Instant commission to 15% on hot Finance desk
- Team commission
- Guarantee for proven billers
- £5k car allowance for Seniors & Managers
- Quarterly bonuses of up to £6k per year
