One of the most forward thinking IT recruitment companies in London now seeks an Account Manager to join their team and to work closely with the two engaging Directors. You will be managing a portfolio of established client accounts with early stage or SME technology firms. Managing a diverse range of exclusive roles (Developers, Infrastructure, Web Design, Social Media and more) at Graduate level, you will be supported by your own dedicated Resourcer as you create winning shortlists that convert to placements.

This is a brilliant opportunity to step up if you are currently a 360 IT Recruiter looking for more progression but without the continued pressure of business development or KPI management.

If you're fed up with being a cog in a machine and the restrictive red tape that is commonly found in larger corporate firms,  then this will be a refreshing change. It will see you working together to help run the company with young entrepreneurial Directors as they enter an exciting period of growth. Over time you will help to develop the team, and expand upon the already interesting portfolio of professionals as the business scales and will enable you to progress to Director level. 

Somebody with initiative and drive as well as the capability to manage at least one other person initially will be successful here and will greatly benefit from an enhanced rewards package comprising:

  • Salary of £30,000 to £35,000
  • 25% Commission
  • Bonuses
