Taking over this bigger area means you are not restricted by other Consultants working for this established brand allowing you to simply bill more and earn greater commission. The desk itself is a very busy dual desk, specialising in placing Purchase Ledgers, Credit Controllers, Finance Assistants, Financial Accountants, Financial Analysts, Management Accountants and Finance Directors.
Working for an experienced Manager who is a true expert in recruiting in this Accountancy & Finance space, you will have a fantastic role model on hand to support you with a vast local network of both clients and candidates. While this Manager is very hands on, they believe in taking a "lead from the front" approach and offer a great balance of autonomy and support. Recruiters in this office enjoy a KPI free focus with emphasis entirely on quality over quantity - this always needs to be the case as this firm have the highest rates in the area with the biggest average fees / margins.

Recruiters with a minimum of 12 months experience can expect to achieve:
- Basic salary to £30k
- Commission to 30% on a zero threshold basis
- Team commission
- 23 days holiday + 8 days bank holidays
- Annual leave increasing by 1 day per year of service to 28 days
