Are you a recruitment manager looking to step up into a senior non-billing role? This multi-disciplinary recruitment firm in London (not a corporate PLC) now seek a Divisional Manager / Director for their professional services division.

Taking over a team of both temp and perm Recruiters spanning Office Support, Accountancy & Finance, Sales & Marketing, Procurement and HR, you will be reporting to the MD and will be tasked with expanding the team across all current markets.

Inheriting the existing team who already produce consistent monthly income of over £10K per head, your immediate task will be to assess the current business and it's strengths and weaknesses, create an independent team identity (currently merged with another division) and seek opportunities to coach individuals to new levels of performance. In the medium term you will be seeking ways to increase the headcount across all sectors while also investigating new potential areas of supply. Within the next 2 years you will be able to access support to take the headcount to 30 and achieve a Board Director role.

This is an award-winning brand with several locations in the UK. Your work will be supported by great back office support but ultimately this will be your division and you will have complete autonomy to lead, manage and develop your division as you see fit.
