A hugely successful recruitment group now seek a Divisional Manager for their new Finance Division in London (City). This is your opportunity to fast track into a leadership role and gain equity and a Directorship over the next couple of years (just as their other new Divisional Managers have done).

This independent and privately owned recruitment group have launched an Accountancy, Finance & Banking Division and already have a small team in place as well as a strong client portfolio. With the support of great back office systems and support, you will choose your own area of the market to focus on and will work with your team to build out and segment your markets to support further growth. Gaining rapid wins from the wide portfolio of clients that already work with the group through other divisions this role offers the rewards and career acceleration of a start-up but with the tools, support and environment of a long-established firm.

Based in the City, your team will be based in a fantastic office space with several other group divisions and you will have the support of the Managing Director who will allow you to lead in your own style with an agreed business plan marking out key areas for expansion.

With very realistic expectations in terms of expected fee generation in year 1, you will also be afforded the protection of a commission guarantee for your first quarter.
