The Opportunity

This independent brand are a quality led recruitment consultancy in Norwich that can offer you an opportunity to take over an established specialist team desk placing health & social care professionals with private clients across East Anglia. You will be immediately responsible for a team of 3 Recruiters, all running well established desks. As the Manager, you will split your time between driving your team to greater results with your “lead from the front” example and managing your own desk.

While this alone makes this an interesting opportunity, the really attractive element of this opportunity is that it offers you direct reporting line to the MD of this successful business and could see you making a move into a Divisional Director position over time.

Your new role awaits and your typical day will involve:

  • Day to day management of your team
  • Desk side training and development of your Consultants
  • Arranging and attending new client meetings with your Consultants
  • Conducting weekly and monthly meetings with your team
  • Being the Senior port of call for any candidates and clients
  • Managing and running your own desk


This obviously gives you an incredibly strong platform from day one, but in the medium to long term you will also gain opportunities to move into Directorship.  


The Rewards

If you can demonstrate the experience required you can expect to achieve the following outline package (flexible according to level of experience):

  • Salary to £35,000
  • Guarantee for proven seniors/Managers
  • Commission to 22% on a zero threshold basis
  • Team override
  • Car Allowance
  • 25 days holiday 8 days Bank Holidays – increasing with years of service
  • Additional quarterly bonuses based on individual and team performance
