We are looking for two new trainee recruitment consultants to join our prestigious Academy, to support and contribute to the growth in our contract division.
This is a unique opportunity to receive one-to-one training, specifically tailored to contract recruitment, with continued coaching and mentoring from a hugely successful and inspiring leader who has been with our business for 18 years.
This is not your typical 360 consultant role. We don't smash the phones with cold calls all day long and it's not all about the KPIs. It is a very warm desk with a continuous flow of vacancies and a huge candidate database.
You will specialise in a specific market area, becoming an expert in your field and building a strong network in your sector, with regular opportunities to go out and meet your clients and candidates.
You will have control over the direction and pace with which your career developments, with multiple opportunities for progression within the business.
