Key Account Manager - Recruitment
Are you an experienced Recruiter that wants to focus on strengthening existing client relationships instead of sales?
A powerful independent recruitment brand in London seek a Client Relationhip Manager to nurture and further strengthen an impressive portfolio of key client accounts within the Financial Servcies industry.
2017 / 2018 will see this award-winning team embark on a further period of growth and you will be an instrumental part of the leadership team, constantly seeking ways to improve client relationships, deepen key contact networks, encouraging greater job flow and ensuring delivery teams have a high quality pipeline of information with which to source effectively.
This is not a new business development role. This is a portfolio strengthening role. So while you won't be cold calling you will be in a pure client facing role and will of course need to be someone with experience of a similar role in recruitment and who loves spending time with clients.
Key activities might include:
- Setting up and conducting client review meetings
- Seeking and conducting new contact meetings
- Arranging client events
- Overseeing production of client whitepapers and digital assets
- Constantly reviewing and assesing client portfolio and performance
- Seekng ways in which Delivery Teams can improve performance based on quality not quantity.
- Onboarding any new client accounts with the Delivery Team
This role is all about relationships. So to make your mark in this team you will be a natural. Someone who understands the financial services industry and loves meeting people. You will have held a client facing role in recruitment within the FS industry already.
You should be articulate, emotionally intelligent and driven by ethical beliefs and values.
