This fierce independent recruitment consultancy in Cambridge can offer you an opportunity to take over the sole ownership over the Executive desk placing £50k salaried professionals within HR, Marketing, Accountancy or Office across the East Anglia & East Midlands regions. Within a wider team of 80 recruiters you will be part of a team that believe in consultative, quality service and working in partnership with clients, rather than a typical transactional relationship.
Your new role awaits and your typical day will involve:
- Collaborating with existing team members to generate leads for Senior & Executive level roles with existing clients
- Attending client visits with other Consultants, maximising opportunity across all levels
- Sourcing and meeting with suitable candidates and building a strong network under your personal brand
- Arranging client and candidate networking events/entertainment
- Working with both contingent and retained projects for requirements
This obviously gives you an incredibly strong platform from day one, but in the medium to long term you will also gain opportunities to secure clear pathway into Directorship.
If you can demonstrate the experience required you can expect to achieve the following outline package (flexible according to level of experience):
- Salary to £45,000
- Guarantee for 6 – 12 months
- Zero threshold for first 6 – 12 months
- Commission 20%
- Company Car
- 25 days holiday 8 days bank holiday
