The Business Manager here has specialised for many years within HR recruitment across the local Essex market and now simply needs to split their desk. Lasy year, this desk billed over £250k and you will be gifted over £150k of this business on day one!
You will be entirely responsible for maintaining, strengthening and developing this portfolio of clients, specifically targeting the Mid level requirements (£30k - £50k salaries).

This opportunity would suit Recruiters with a background in recruiting within Comemrcial & Office Support perms and is seeking an opportunity to step up into a more specialist area of recruitment. This would also suit an established Recruiter with a strong background within profesisonal services who is seeking greater autonomy, flexability and career progression.
Recruitment Consultants who can demonstrate 9 -12 months experience can expect to achieve:
- Basic salary to £30,000 (depending on experience)
