Embarking on a period of expansion following from constant year on year growth, this opportunity will see you inheriting a hot Technology desk which currently bills £20k per month across perm and contract placements into the local Cambridgeshire market. You will have the freedom and opportunity to focus on any vertical from Project Management, Development, Support & Infrastructure, Software & Testing or Digital with the view to step up into the Team Leader and be instrumental in building a specialist team around you.
Supported with excellent resourcing tools including a specialist database which is regularly cleansed and maintained, access to the top industry specific job boards and CV searching tools, marketing & social media team, LinkedIn Recruiter license and extensive industry network to tap into to name just a few. You will be working closely with a hands on Divisional Director who is a true expert in the Technology arena who will be on hand to support, guide and develop you on a daily basis - essentially you will learn from the best and have the best platform to source the highest quality candidates for your clients. What's more is that this firm work on an exclusive basis with almost all clients giving you the chance to really work in partnership with clients on a fully consultative basis.

Professional Recruiters who can demonstrate a minimum of 12 months experience within an IT, Technology, Digital, Engineering, Technical or similar candidate short market can expect to achieve:
- Basic salary of up to £35,000 (depending on experience)
- Car allowance for Seniors
- Personal Commission paying up to 20%
- Branch commission percentage
- 10% matched pension scheme
