Trading on a great brand, you will have instant requirements with existing Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, FMCG and Technology clients across East Anglia. Your role will simply be to maximise opportunity and build on this strong foundation over time. You will have full back office support (accounts, database, job boards, marketing) with the aide of specialist Resourcers also helping you keep up with requirements.
Your focus will be entirely on permanent placements of Technical professionals across East Anglia and building a team of Technical Recruiters around you. You will be given full autonomy when it comes to decided how to carve up your business and desk focuses. This business rewards hard work with a generous commission scheme - offering up to 30% commission on billings, joining this business will see a big increase in your earnings.
Armed with the tools, support, client network and strong candidate database this opportunity is simply a chance for an experienced Technical Recruiter to step up into a Divisional Lead role with the full backing to build and develop a team of experts.
Recruiters with a minimum of 6 - 12 months experience recruiting within Technical, Engineering, IT, Technology, Manufacturing, Construction or Building Services sectors can expect to achieve:
- Basic salary up to £40k depending on experience
- Commission to 30% - zero threshold for first 6 months
