- Bringing on new clients
- Maintaining existing clients relationships
- Advertising & Candidate Attraction
- Candidate Qualification
- Offer Management
- Retention Management and Regeneration
- 1 year+ experience in tech recruitment (Development/Design, Testing, Infrastructure and/or Data)
- Genuine interest in tech eg attended meet-ups, aware of current tech news
- Previous recruitment experience
- Strong communication skills
- Well organised
