Are you an experienced Industrial or Commercial Recruiter in Norwich seeking an opportunity to progress your career? How would you like to be the second in command of a successful brand in the heart of the city?

Due to recent acquisition, a successful independent recruitment group are investing in a local brand and need your skills and local market knowledge to lead their branch to greater levels of success. You will start by inheriting some immediate requirements where you will deliver exceptional candidates for this local firm, optimising all opportunities for supply. You will also inherit a portfolio of warm and lapsed clients in similar fields with remit to develop into additional key accounts.

Over time you will oversee the development of traditional 360 industrial and commercial business, through the development of a team of Consultants, so ability to train and develop people and develop client relationships is essential.

As you are supported by a larger recruitment group you will have access to payroll, legal, finance, compliance, training and HR, allowing you to focus on what you do best - recruitment.

Reporting to the Group Director and Operations Manager, you will be allowed to work with autonomy and in a style that suits you, so if you feel restricted and over managed in your current firm this could be a great career move for you.

 Recruiters who can demonstrate a minimum of 6 - 12 months of Recruitment experience can expect to achieve:

  • Basic salary up to £33,000 DOE
  • 10% Commission paid on all billings
