If you can demonstrate a minimum of 12 months in any area of professional recruitment you can expect to achieve:

  • Salary £28,000 - £40,000 (1 - 4 years experience)
  • Commission starting at 25%
  • Annual and quarterly bonuses topping up commission to 35%
