If you are a specialist Recruiter with expertise gained within a professional services sector and you are looking to gain clear progression along with up to 30% commission, this friendly but high performing firm are offering this and more.
Professional, consultative and quality lead; this independent brand are specialists in the Sales, Marketing and Creative sectors. Having had an outstanding year in 2016, this high impact firm are embarking on an exciting period of growth for 2017 and currently seek a Senior Consultant who is keen to start progressing towards a management role.
Inheriting a portfolio of established clients currently managed by a Director of the business, you will be taking over a hot desk specialising in Creative and Marketing roles. Taking instant responsibility for a blend of global, top tier and boutique outfits across London, you will be expected to maintain high touch relationships with your clients as well as sourcing quality candidates. You will have access to a huge candidate network that has been established over 15 years of recruitment and industry experience, naturally giving you access to candidates not usually visible. You will have the support of a modern recruitment system, LinkedIn Premium, unlimited job board access along with generous marketing budget to allow you the best platform to do what you do best - Recruit!
While you will have the leadership of a highly experienced and hands on Director, you won't be subjected to micromanagement or heavy KPI structures. Instead, you will work in an autonomous and friendly environment surrounded by an inspiring and close knit team who are truly passionate about their specialism.
Under the leadership of the Director, not only will you have unrivaled access to clients and candidates, you will also work with them to agree a personal development plan which will see you agree and set realistic, achievable targets to allow you to start building a specialist team around you over time.
Recruiters who can demonstrate a minimum of 12 months experience within a professional services sector such as sales, marketing, HR, accountancy, finance, digital or business support can expect to achieve:
- basic salary to £30,000
- Commission to 30%
- quarterly bonuses up to c£5k per year
