Managing Consultant - Finance into FS
Are you a senior accountancy & finance recruitment specialist with knowledge of the Financial Services sector? If so you could lead your own Interim Division within an established high profile player in London, earning up to 50% of billings AND achieving equity!

As they embark on another period of serious growth this company would like to diversify and bring in senior level talent to lead this area of the business as a division in its own right.
Recognised as a market leader for senior level (think £50K to £200K salary brackets) finance roles, this firm can offer an impressive suite of tools, a genuinely collaborative culture, a fun environment and industry topping rewards, for an ambitious Recruiter with the knowledge and drive to launch a new desk focused on Interim Finance roles within Financial Services markets.
You will be supported in terms of investment, encouragement, development and training to not only establish and build a profitable desk, but also grow a team around you. You will have the headroom to attack your market in your own style and with the tools you need to achieve very realistic targets. Not only will you enjoy the team environment and resources available to you but you will be rewarded with an industry topping scheme comprised of:
- Salary to £50,000
- Commission - 20%
- Low threshold
- Annual bonus topping up earnings to equivalent of 50% of billings
- Car allowance - £5K
- Monthly, Quarterly and Annual rewards, incentives, dinners, away days and international trips
- Route to equity based Directorship
