We are looking for sales people with strong communications skills and a consultative flair to join our active team. Someone ready to help local employers access effective recruitment advertising solutions in order to meet their hiring needs.

MPG Recruitment Advertising & Services is a full service recruitment solution provider for local employers and job seekers committed to connecting people to jobs in our communities. The employment market is ever changing and our job is to stay relevant.

We are a new, fun, dedicated and hardworking team here in Brooklyn Riverside, Jacksonville and our goal is to help local employers hire great employees. We offer our clients effective digital and print advertising channels and great customer service. We are looking to expand our sales team. We serve 9 markets - 9 brands/9 local channels.

Compensation:
" We offer a base-pay ranging from $32,000-$38,000 depending on experience
" Attainable and rewarding commission plans

Here is what a typical day includes:
" 40% Outbound Calls, Customer Interaction and Email Correspondence
" 40% Prospecting for New Business
" 20% Administrative and CRM/Date Base work

You will:
" Build loyal customer relationships via telephone and email with moderate revenue history to assigned territory
" Use your cold calling, negotiation and closing skills over the phone and in writing
" Demonstrate the value proposition of all solutions
" Handle client needs and objections, and record statistics on each outbound call
" Ensure a superior customer experience by addressing customer concerns and demonstrating empathy
" Maintain a current knowledge of market activities including competitive products, pricing and policies, new technology, product specifications and possible new products
" Maintain a current knowledge of your local market, specifically in regards to the market's potential and new business opportunities
" Embrace market changes and add your insight and ideas to the team

Requirements:
" At least 2+ years of previous sales account management experience preferred
" Experience should be in a high outbound transactional, customer service call center or sales environment
" Work experience should be in environments that fostered strong customer loyalty programs
" Strong customer service focus with a passion to exceed customer requirements
" Demonstrated ability to upsell and increase account spend over time
" Familiar with working in an incentive/goal driven environment
" Proficiency with Excel, CRM software and web search
" Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
" High School degree required
