Do you have recruitment experience and a track record of using social media to build an effective network of professional contacts?
Working closely with the HR Director in our fast paced business, your main focus will be to provide a cost effective, efficient direct recruitment service across our 130 strong media business, and to develop our employer brand on social media. You’ll also be involved in all aspects of HR administration: maintaining accurate employment records, training and benefit administration, producing management reports, assisting the HR Director and be the first point of contact for all queries.
Confident in your recruitment experience and social media skills, you’ll be proactive and well organised, with excellent communication skills and be passionate about sourcing and securing the best candidates for the business. Your professional, friendly personality and ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail will make you a valuable addition to our team. Integrity is crucial as you’ll deal with sensitive personal information on a daily basis. Experience of using an HR information and applicant tracking system would be a distinct advantage.
