Team Manager - IT Recruitment
One of the most successful and unique firms specialising in Technology recruitment now seek a rainmaker to lead one of their most successful Perm Divisions into a new phase of evolution.
Based in London you will take over an existing high-performing team and will provide the team with inspiration, motivation and the strategy, to achieve their master plan. As a firm that truly believe in its people (their staff share ownership of the company!) you will be working with industry top performers that enjoy elite status and with the support of first class tools and an internal infrastructure that would rival any major organisation you will finally be enabled to operate at levels that are unrivalled in the industry.
To join the leadership team of this multi-award winning firm you will be a leader of people. Someone who still loves recruitment and has a passion for developing and motivating people while still maintaining your own perm desk.
To lead this perm team you will need to understand perm methodology at expert-level and will have already operated successfully within the IT recruitment market in London. More importantly, you will be someone you thinks laterally and is solution orientated, constantly seeking ways to grow your division, strengthen its service offering, respond to market needs and fine tune the day to day operation.
Reporting to the board (this isn't a PLC so the board here is made of up real recruitment people that truly love this firm), you will be responsible for the P&L and all budgets for this division and will have previous experience of managing teams while also contributing on your own desk.
