We are currently seeking a dynamic, intelligent and highly personable individual to join our senior team as a Recruitment Director.

With ambition, knowledge and the gravitas to influence at all levels the Recruitment Director will live our ‘personal touch’ recruitment service values, delivering our style of recruitment service properly and ethically.

Having developed a strong background in sales and marketing recruitment, preferably in FMCG, the Recruitment Director must have experience of successful client management and revenue performance. As an equity owner and board member you will also be a natural leader, helping to shape business strategy at all levels.

To be successful, candidates must be passionate about managing recruitment to the highest standards, helping clients develop their teams and individuals their careers. More importantly, you will need to be hard working, with a committed attitude and prepared to go the extra mile to deliver assignment success and achieve substantial financial rewards.

We offer a competitive basic, high commission, plus performance related bonus, business mileage, pension and 25 days annual holiday. Location is flexible for the right individual but ideally you will be based in the South/Midlands.
