Executive Search Researcher
Are you a Recruitment Professional in London who would love the opportunity to move into Executive Search? If so, a truly unique opportunity to join a team of high profile Search Directors based in in the city.
Working within a highly collaborative environment, this firm focus solely on Executive appointments into international clients. You will be joining this elite team as the Executive Research Consultant where you will be working closely with two Search Directors to deliver incredibly high profile search assignments.
While the Search Director will be responsible for business development and winning the pitch you will work as a team to deliver each assignment. You won't have the pressure of sales targets or for developing client relationships but you will be completely involved in the entire process, from attending initial project briefings, conducting market research to identify suitable candidates, making initial contact regarding the opportunity, compiling detailed candidate profiles through to presenting full shortlist to client and coordination of interviews through to appointment.
With the full backing and support from the team, you will have a number of options to progress your career - either progressing through to Research Manager and Director (non-sales) or progressing through to a full Search Director.
This opportunity would really suit an experienced permanent recruitment professional who is seeking their chance to step up into a more executive level of recruitment and take on a more challenging and advanced method of recruiting.
If you are a professional Recruiter, either in a 360 Perm, Research or Resourcing capacity, and have excellent communication skills you will be successful in the role and will have the full support of the team as you make your transition into a full search consultant. This is a significant career enhancing move with greater rewards than working for a traditional agency.
As this firm operates in several niche sectors, Recruiters from any professional services background are welcome to apply. Those who can demonstrate a minimum of 12 months of specialist recruitment supported by education to Degree level, can expect to achieve:
- Basic Salary £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
- Bonuses to c£20K annually
