Recruitment Manager / MD Designate
A truly unique opportunity to lead a team and progress rapidly to Director / MD with equity is now available for an experienced HR Recruiter with the capability to manage their own desk while also further building out a small team.
This is a truly unusual proposition! You will be joining an HR Consultancy firm and take over their recruitment division with full ownership of the business plan, including targets to grow the business and achieve MD title and equity holding.
With the aim of developing the recruitment team by leveraging the existing relationship within the group, you will be someone that is still happy to be hands on and continue to manage your own desk for the next year or two. During this time you will grow the team who have a relaxed and mature approach to their recruitment projects and reporting to the group MD will transition into the role of Managing Director and achieve a sizeable equity stake in the company.
If you're great at what you do but want more freedom and responsibility but on your own terms and without sacrificing your personal life this is a rare opportunity that can offer a great deal of flexibility.
You must be a true HR recruitment specialist with experience and track record in permanent recruitment as well as the experience of managing 2 - 6 people.
In return you can achieve:
- Salary £40,000 - £60,000
- Team Bonus
- Equity track and transparent promotion targets to MD
