One one of the most prominent brands within media recruitment now seeks an Executive Recruitment Consultant to work with HR professionals in leadership roles to make their next move within the media sector.

Working closely with a long established network of publishing, television, radio and music companies, you will be placing HR Directors and similar on an exclusive or retained basis and as such will have a high degree of credibility in either market or both.

The market is very busy and you will be working alongside a Director with a great deal of autonomy. As such this role would only suit an independent and experienced Recruiter that has first-hand experience of managing senior level assignments between £80K and £200K.

This is a bright and engaging brand with a fantastic reputation in their market. While they external stance is one of absolute professionalism, internally they're a relaxed team that enjoys a great deal of flexibility. Recruiters that have worked in corporate environments really love how collaborative and relaxed the environment is here and gain a far greater work/life balance.

Your earnings here will probably be far greater than you currently enjoy and will include:

  • Salary £40,000 to £75,000
  • Commission on ALL fee income
  • Commission paid at 20% - 35%
  • Bonuses
  • Pension
  • Healthcare
  • Gym
  • Rewards, incentives and away days
