Placing senior level Change Management / Project Management / Programme Management professionals with COO and CIO level contacts with some of the world's most exciting firms you will be operating in an exciting and emerging market for the leaders of this new area of recruitment.

Working alongside the Senior Perm Recruiter you will trade on existing relationships with clients and candidates as you take ownership of all Interim assignments. Obviously you will be expected to build further on this existing platform but your immediate challenge in the first six months will be to immerse yourself in this market and learn all there is to know about this really niche area of recruitment. The need for specialists in this area is high and you will have the support of many other experienced Consultants & Directors around you.

This role would suit an intelligent Recruiter with experience of recruiting on a Freelance / Temporary or Interim desk previously. Capable of working with CEO / CIO / COO level contacts, you will be an excellent communicator that can move fluidly between corporate relationships and the more relaxed internal office environment.

In return for your efforts you will benefit from:

  • Zero threshold
  • Commission 15% - 25%
