Divisional Manager - Property Recruitment
A pure-play built environment recruitment agency in London seek a talented and ambitious Divisional Manager to further develop their Freelance & Interim Division and join the senior management team.
Working for this highly specialist and successful independent recruitment firm, you will report to the Managing Director who will give you the mentoring and guidance, but not micro-management, you need to expand and develop the existing freelance division and business across their divisions in both Property & Construction. With the backing and support to develop the existing Managers and Consultants, you will realise your ambition to move into a key management role and focus on high-value interim appointments with some of the industry's elite brands. With an extensive client and candidate database, and more importantly a first class name and reputation in the property market, you will find it much easier to build your business and career here and genuinely help shape and become the head of the company's freelance offering. Out-performing the rest of the market and benefiting from a first class reputation you will become empowered to do what you do best; network, make connections, build relationships, generate vacancies and grow the business that continues to deliver fee records.
Working here will see you gain much more freedom when it comes to your work and methods employed. While this a more mature and professional working environment than you may be used to, it's certainly not boring and you will be joining a fun-loving team that like to celebrate their successes. With access to first class tools, budgets and systems you will maximise your earning potential by combining your existing knowledge and understanding of this specialist recruitment market with a brilliant reputation and culture of success.
