This key appointment would see you manage a small team of specialist consultants and develop this division. Reporting to the Managing Director who has over 12 years of Property Recruitment experience in the London market, you will have a fantastic mentor and platform to take your career to the next level.
This opportunity has become available as the existing manager is relocating to open a new office for the business, so you will have the rare chance to inherit a great desk that is billing between £15-20k per month. Working with world class consultancies (Consulting Engineers, PQS, Project Management firms) you will have the opportunity to develop and grow this desk in your own style with no restrictions on clients.
This role will require a confident, proven property recruiter who is passionate about surveying recruitment and leads by example. You should have a strong network of clients and candidates and the ambition to run your own division which would see clear promotion progression to Director level.
