A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruiter within Trades & Labour to join an established, specialist Construction agency based in the City.

This would see you running a full 360 desk focusing on Construction Trades & Labour and you would be inheriting a number of existing client relationships whilst also further building out the desk, so this is by no means a cold start. In order to enable you to bill to your full potential, you will be provided with fantastic tools, resources, and support, and will also enjoy working for an established agency with a fantastic name within London Construction Recruitment.

You will find a relaxed management style here and a vibrant, fun office environment at a company which truly rewards success, and will enjoy reporting into a Manager with a strong track record reputation in the industry. This is a company that offers a great balance between corporate and boutique, with the investment, tools, benefits, and brand awareness of a corporate but the entrepreneurial management style and remuneration of a boutique agency.

On offer would be:

  • Basic salary £27,000
  • Guarantee for proven billers
  • Commission to 35%
  • Benefits package
  • Clearly defined, realistic progression path

If you are interested in this role and would like more information, please contact Matt Sporle today for an initial, confidential conversation.
