Are you an experienced Recruiter within the Surveying sector looking to join an established agency with a fantastic reputation that offers a relaxed management style and excellent progression? If so, this could be for you.

This role represents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant within the Surveying market to spearhead the Contract offering for an agency that is well established within permanent appointments, cross-selling into an existing client base. You would be joining a company that has a more relaxed management style than most agencies, with very little emphasis placed on KPI management, and you would be reporting into a Director with extensive experience within Surveying Recruitment and a proven track record in developing Consultants’ careers.

The long term aim with this role is to build a team around the successfully appointed Consultant, so not only is this a fantastic opportunity to run a profitable desk, but it can also see you fast-tracked into Management and have a larger influence in the direction of the business than you will likely have elsewhere. The tools and resources available here are second to none and offer the perfect platform for you to bill to your full potential here, and this company also offers one of the best commission schemes on the market, with bandings rising to 50%.

On offer would be:

  • Basic salary £28,000 - £35,000
  • Guaranteed commission for proven billers
  • Fantastic commission scheme
  • Benefits package including gym, phone, pension etc.
  • Incentives and trips abroad for target-hitting consultants
  • Clearly defined progression plan with potential to fast-track into Management
