Joining a highly successful office of elite recruiters in Cambridge, you will be inheriting a hot Accountancy desk specialising in placing qualified Accountancy professionals into permanent roles across Cambridgeshire. This is a truly exciting opportunity to develop from Consultant into Regional Manager, focusing on the Accountancy Practice market across the East Anglia region. Taking over an established client base with immediate requirements with some of the biggest client names in the Cambridgeshire area, your challenge will be sourcing quality candidates in this candidate lead market. Pioneering a brand renowned for providing a high quality service to both clients and candidates, you will also have support from unrivaled resourcing tools including a great candidate database (which is maintained and cleansed on a daily basis by specialist Resourcers & Administrators), specialist networking events and industry specific marketing tools to name just a few.
This desk currently bills c£150k per year and is currently managed on a part time basis and now requires a dedicated professional to see it grow to its full potential, with average fees ranging between £10k - £15k this lucrative desk would see you seriously increasing your earning potential from day one!
This opportunity will provide you with a clear pathway for progression to managing your own team in time, you will be supported by the Divisional Director in developing your skill sets and abilities as your responsibility of the team increases. You will be joining a close knit and friendly branch who enjoy a great working environment without emphasis on KPIs or over zealous management.

Recruiters who can demonstrate at least 1 - 2 years experience within a professional services sector can expect to achieve:
- Basic Salary of £24,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
