A leading independent recruitment company is currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their highly successful IT & Technology division based in their busy Norwich office. You will be inheriting a hot desk with a large portfolio of major clients who have developed long standing and trusted relationships with the company and all of which have terms agreed, are preferred or lead agency status and have constant vacancies for you to fill.
Your focus will be to source and supply professionals into Public Sector clients with the option to focus on either or perm vacancies. To maximize your candidate sourcing you will be equipped with a number of industry leading resourcing tools including;
- Linkedin Recruiter
- Advertising & marketing budget (and support)
- Specialist job board and CV access
- Huge and well managed candidate database
- Support from a Resourcer
With rates agreed at above average fees/terms and instant vacancies to fill you will have instant commission income with real potential to bill in excess of £250k per year as per your team mates.
Unusually, this is a high volume desk with high margins and would really suit a proven Account Manager who is looking to gain the financial rewards of a full 360 Recruitment Consultant or a Recruitment Consultant that is still motivated but seeks a role less focused on business development.

Recruitment Consultants who can demonstrate a minimum of 12 months of experience within any sector of professional recruitment can expect to achieve:
- Basic salary of £24,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
- Commission paying up to 30%
- Incentive including Lunches & Dinners at Michelin star restaurants, corporate away days and international fully-expenses trips
