You will be inheriting a hot desk focusing on roles within the local Essex, Herts and surrounding areas mainly on permanent placements but if you prefer the temp/contract market you will be given the opportunity to pursue this avenue also. You will be given the freedom in deciding which specialism you specialise within from Support & Infrastructure, InfoSec, Development & Programming, Architecture, Implementation, Project Management or Senior level Appointments. With access to a fantastic number of resourcing tools including instant access to a large well established and well maintained candidate database, LinkedIn Premium, support from Resourcer and a huge network of clients and candidates to tap into.
With full backing to expand the team around you, this autonomous firm will allow you to run the team as you see fit. Recruiter who can demonstrate a minimum of three years experience can expect to achieve:
- Basic salary to £50,000
- Commission to 20%
- Team Commission / Bonus
