Recruitment Resourcer - Trades & Labour
Are you a Junior Recruiter or Resourcer looking to step away from a corporate environment? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Resourcer to join an independent and highly established Recruitment firm in Chelmsford.
This specialist agency focus purely on the construction market, and through a network of regional offices serve all roles spanning both white and blue collar. This firm really "know" construction and enjoy the leadership and tools provided by true industry experts providing you with a great environment in which to be mentored by great people, gain great training and achieve progression into full Recruitment Consultant (which once achieved will see your salary increase to £24,000 + car allowance + commission with OTE £45K+).
On joining the business, you will assist a team of Trades & Labour Consultants where you will assist with filling live roles by mapping out local tradespeople, updating their profiles and current contracts. You will communicate your key roles to your candidate database daily (via telephone, mailshot and eshot) and will also meet and complete the registration process for candidates not met previously, ensuring the correct paperwork is held on record to allow the candidates to work legally. As you can see, a lot of your responsibilities will rely on your ability to talk to people, to engage them in conversation and fact find – so great people skills are essential.
You will receive great support and work alongside the Trades & Labour Manager, who has a high profile within construction recruitment. You won't be over-manged or find any restrictive KPI systems here and this firm know how to work hard but also have fun. You will feel really valued working for this firm and will be given full support, as well as rewarded with monthly bonuses of c£500.
Junior Recruiters, Trainees or Resourcers who can demonstrate a minimum of 6 months experience can expect to achieve:
- Salary £16,000 - £20,000
- Monthly Bonus of £500
- Opportunity to progress into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant within 12 months
